Before Foxtail, my work in accounting, payroll, and operations taught me to look beyond the task in front of me.
A detail can affect the next person. A missed handoff can change the whole day. And a thoughtful process can give people room to do their best work.
Cleaning brings all of that into a very real space. Someone's home. Someone's business. A property they're trusting us to care for.

A fresh start.
A deliberate way forward.
Foxtail began during a season of rebuilding. Finding faith helped me think differently about the kind of life I wanted to create, and the kind of company I wanted to put into the world.
Consistency. Care. Clear communication. Those became the starting point.
I wanted to build something useful to people: a service that notices what matters, makes expectations clear, and treats a space with intention.
That thinking lives in how we prepare, how we work as a team, and how we respond when something needs attention. It's the foundation I want Foxtail to grow from.
