This notice applies to information you choose to provide through Foxtail’s website contact, Client Care, billing, and general-interest careers forms.
Information you may provide
Depending on your request, Foxtail may receive your name, email address or phone number, preferred reply method, inquiry type, service location, property or business details, scheduling preferences, message, and general-interest application information.
Please do not submit payment-card or bank information, passwords, account-access details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information. Website résumé and photo uploads are not accepted at launch.
How Foxtail uses the information
Foxtail uses submitted information to route your request to the appropriate business inbox, respond to you, send a transactional confirmation when you provide an email, evaluate the requested service or career inquiry, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. If you provide a phone number, it will be used only to follow up about your request.
Submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing. Foxtail does not sell or rent website-submission information.
How information is handled
Foxtail does not create a customer or lead database on this website. Base44 processes submissions for routing and email delivery. The request is delivered to Foxtail’s Microsoft 365 business mailboxes, and Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information to verify that the submission is not automated.
Foxtail may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or property, prevent misuse, or establish or defend legal rights.
Retention
Inquiry emails and related correspondence may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain service and business records, resolve concerns, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention may vary based on the nature of the request.
Cookies and analytics
Foxtail does not use website submissions for advertising and has not connected advertising trackers or marketing analytics for launch. Limited technical information may be processed to deliver the website securely and operate the anti-spam check. This notice will be updated before materially different tools or uses are activated.
Your choices and privacy requests
Choose email, text, or phone for your reply. An email address is required for email replies; a phone number is required for text or phone replies. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through the website, contact privacy@foxtailcleaningco.com. Foxtail may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or business recordkeeping obligations.
Security
Foxtail uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information through these forms.
