Standard Cleaning

Dependable routine care for the surfaces and spaces your household uses most, available as a one-time visit or recurring service.

  • Clean kitchen counters, sink and faucet, stovetop, appliance exteriors, and visible cabinet-front marks

  • Empty household wastebaskets and replace liners when provided
  • Straighten beds upon request using existing linens

A few things
that help.

We bring the standard products and equipment for Residential cleaning. If you prefer a particular product, let's discuss it before service.

  • Secure pets away from the areas being cleaned.
  • Clear excessive clutter; areas that cannot be accessed may be skipped.
  • Foxtail does not clean human or pet waste.
  • Team members do not lift or move items weighing more than 50 pounds; heavy or bulky furniture stays in place.

Do you offer one-time cleaning?

Yes. Standard Cleaning is available as a one-time visit or recurring service.

Which residential service should I choose?

Choose Standard Cleaning for routine care, Deep Cleaning for more detailed attention and buildup, or Move-In / Move-Out for a vacant or nearly empty home in transition.

Is the Instant Estimate a final quote?

No. The displayed result is an estimate, not a binding quote. Scope, availability, and pricing are confirmed before service.

What should I do if something within the service scope appears to have been missed?

Contact Foxtail Client Care within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a return visit to address the affected area. Requests outside the agreed scope or reported after 24 hours may require a separate service.
